Des Plaines School of Dance Open House

This Saturday, September 5, the Des Plaines Park District's dance program is hosting an open house. Stop by and enjoy a free class!

Come enjoy an afternoon of FREE Dance Classes and discover what makes the Des Plaines School of Dance The Place to Dance! A variety of dance classes for all ages and abilities will be taught by several members of our professional School of Dance Staff. These classes will include instruction in ballet, jazz, modern, & hip-hop. Don’t miss this great opportunity to dance with the best! Those who attend will receive a $5 coupon good towards any 2015/2016 School of Dance class.

Adults 9:00-10:00am (Ms. Laura/Ms. David) – Ballet Barre & Hip-Hop Cardio

Ages 3-5 10:15-11:15am (Ms. Sarah/Ms. Nicole) – Ballet & Teeny Bop

Ages 6-8 11:30am-12:30pm (Ms. Nicole/Ms. Laura/Mr. David) Ballet, Mini Modern, Hip-Hop

Ages 9-11 12:45-1:45pm (Ms. Nicole/Ms. Laura/Mr. David) Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop

Ages 12 + 2:00-3:00pm (Ms. Laura/Ms. Karli/Mr. David) Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop

Parents are encouraged to stay to observe class, to see what the Des Plaines School of Dance has to offer. Parents and students will have an opportunity to speak with the instructors after each session.

Dress Attire: All dancers are asked to wear leotard and tights or shorts and a tank top/t-shirt. Please tightly secure hair away from the face. No jewelry.


School of Dance Payment Plans: Saturday, September 5 is the last day to register for payment plans. Registration will be available at the ALC on Saturday, September 5 from 9:00am-noon.
