Holiday Open House at the Des Plaines History Center

All residents are invited to enjoy refreshments, music, and a tour of the Kinder House at this free event. Sunday, Dec. 20, 2-4:30 p.m.

Experience the joy of the season at the Members and Community Holiday Open House Sunday, December 20, from 2:00-4:30 p.m. at the Des Plaines History Center, 781 Pearson Street. All residents are invited to enjoy some refreshments, music, and a tour of the Kinder House at this free event.

“This has been an exciting year of activity,” said Shari Caine, executive director of the History Center. “We welcome everyone to join us for this festive event and to see some of the changes taking place at the History Center.”

While at the History Center, guests are welcome to view the exhibit, “World War II: Des Plaines and the War against Fascism,” which will remain on display through December.
