Painting portraits of her pets and floral pieces are Joyce's specialty. A longtime member of the DPAG, Joyce has served on committees and on the board in the position of treasurer for many years. City Hall is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Anyone interested in joining the Des Plaines Art Guild, with a reciprocal membership in the Park Ridge Art League, can download a membership form at dpag.org.
