Knitting Des Plaines Together

Mosaic Yarn Studio brings the warm, fuzzy to charity efforts.

A Des Plaines craft shop and school wants residents to immerse themselves in knitting as part of its efforts to warm the hearts and hands of recipients in humanitarian and charity projects.

Mosaic Yarn Studio holds events for people to help the less fortunate across the nation and around the world as it supports organizations that work for the benefit of humanity.

On the first and third Thursday of every month, from 7-9 p.m., and on the first and third Friday, from 1-3 p.m., needles are clicking and clacking as part of Knitting for Charity.
