November Art Exhibit at Des Plaines Public Library

Penny Weinberg, a member of the Des Plaines Art Guild (dpag.org), is an independent artist and teacher. Her intuitive ability to capture the environments around her, particularly people and events, can be seen in her collage work and monoprints which will be on display in the 3rd floor gallery area of the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood Street throughout the month of November.
