· Print of the Month, October, was awarded to John C Peterson for ‘Cold Coastline’.
· DPI (Digital Image) of the Month, October, was awarded to Marie Rakoczy for ‘The Hay Wagon’.

In addition, Awards went to Tom Mulick for ‘Looking Back at Me’; and Tom Wilson for ‘Hot Spring’. Honorable Mentions were presented to Robert Wallace for ‘Dinner’, Sue Lindell for ‘Ouch’ and ‘Knight Descending’ and Marie Rakoczy for ‘Storm Brewing Over Kintla Lake’. Whatever level of interest in photography you have, all are cordially invited to attend a meeting. The Des Plaines Camera Club meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month September thru May. Meetings are at 7:00pm in the Des Plaines Park District Arndt Field House located at 1990 White Street in Des Plaines. Watch for announcements of special programs that will be coming up.
