174 New Coronavirus Cases In 1 Week In Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — The number of coronavirus cases in Downers Grove has increased by 174 cases in the past week, according to information from the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD).

As of Dec. 22, the village had reported 2,493 total cases of the new coronavirus. Those numbers had increased to 2,667 as of Dec 29.

In nearby Westmont, the number of coronavirus cases had increased by 90 cases. As of Dec. 22, there had been 1,381 cases reported in Westmont. The total number of cases reported in Westmont as of Dec. 29 was 1,471.
