Red lights will trap cars in the lanes, freezing the property.</li><li>The Shortcut: Frustrated commuters will use Linscott Ave and the connecting alley as a high-speed racetrack shortcut to bypass the backup to enter back onto Saratoga.</li><li>The Danger: This shortcut racetrack dumps traffic directly onto Saratoga past the dentist office&mdash;the official Herrick Middle School bus stop and parent drop-off zone, and a major walking route for DGN students.</li></ul>
