Achieving Independence & Mobility Center for Independent Living (AIM-CIL) Glen Ellyn Office Moving to Downers Grove, Opens New Satellite Office in Aurora
October 9, 2013 – Downers Grove, IL - The Achieving Independence and Mobility Center for Independent Living (AIM-CIL), formerly known as the DuPage Center for Independent Living, announced today it is relocating its home office to 3130 Finley Rd., Suite 500, Downers Grove, Illinois. The center is moving from their previous location in Glen Ellyn to better support the residents of DuPage, Kane and Kendall counties.
“Our address and name may have changed but our service and devotion remain the same,” says Leigh Ann Stephens, Executive Director of AIM-CIL. “The accompanying name change highlights our commitment to support even more persons with disabilities, regardless of what county they reside in.”
The Center has also opened a new satellite office in addition to their Downers Grove location at 1710 Farnsworth Avenue in Aurora, Illinois.

“We anticipate that the addition of the Aurora office will allow us to reach hundreds more residents than before due to convenience of location, helping us to better fulfill our mission,” states Stephens. “We couldn't be more excited about this move and the addition of our second office.”

The Achieving Independence and Mobility Center for Independent Living has been empowering persons with disabilities to effectively control and direct their lives for over 21 years.
