Advance Auto Parts Burglarized In Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Police in Downers Grove are investigating a burglary that took place at Advance Auto Parts, located at 500 Ogden Ave. The burglary was reported early Sunday.

According to a police report, officers got to the scene and found broken glass around the door to the business. Once inside, police say they saw the cash drawer and office supply drawers had been opened and "rifled through."

A representative of the store told police a shelf that contained wipes, nail clippers and other items was empty.
