• Hinsdale Central, despite supersectional loss to New Trier, savors run: ‘They play with so much heart' (shawlocal.com) — Hinsdale Central’s girls soccer team saw its season end with a 3-0 supersectional loss to powerhouse New Trier, just days after winning the Class 3A Downers Grove South Sectional in Downers Grove. Coach Tony Madonia praised his seniors and the team’s effort, saying the Red Devils played with heart and often matched New Trier’s level despite the scoreline.
