'Armed And Dangerous' Batavia Shooting Suspect At Large: Cops
Police say not to approach the suspect if you see him; immediately call 911.

BATAVIA, IL — Police in Batavia are seeking a man they believe to be "armed and dangerous" in connection with a shooting that took place at Steak and Shake Tuesday. Terry W. Hunter, who police identified as the gunman, was charged with attempted murder after an investigation.
Hunter allegedly fired into a car after an argument in the drive-thru of Steak and Shake, hitting the driver in the leg. Police say he then fled and hit a parked car.
Police later located a gun in a nearby parking lot. They also found a red sedan that matched the victim's description at an apartment complex in the 1000 block of Lorilyn Circle.
