On Thursday, February 28th, The Grove Foundation (a philanthropic organization) hosted its' 4th annual "Passport to Dining" in downtown Downers Grove. This event is a major fundraiser for the foundation and wouldn't be possible without the support of the Community.
We are grateful to the fine restaurants that offered tastes of their menu to our guests: Another Round Sports Bar & Grill, Ballydoyle Irish Pub, Gatto's Restaurant and Bar, Scarletti's Italian Kitchen, and Zest Bistro. All of the food is generously provided by the restaurants at no charge to The Grove Foundation. We hope that all who attended will remember to frequent these establishments with another dining experience.
We would also like to thank the businesses that supported us by their generous donations and assistance with ticket sales: Anderson's Bookshop, Community Bank, Downtown Management, Downers Grove Visitor's Bureau and the Maclyn Group.Ticket sales were record breaking, we sold out the week before! Thank you to everyone that made this evening so special!
