Celebrate spring and explore history at Country in the Park, part of the annual Downers Grove Founders Day celebration sponsored by The Grove Foundation. This family-friendly event features visits with farm animals, 1850’s pioneer-era games and engaging activities for all ages.

Inviting all crafters! We invite you to join us at Country in the Park to show off and sell your handicrafts in Wandschnieder Park. All work must be original and handmade by the vendor. All spaces (8x10) are $12 and include one table and 2 chairs. Spaces have a high possibility of being in the direct sun—tents are recommended (8x10). Tent rentals can also be purchased for an additional $20 plus tax. Contact us at museum@dgparks.org for more details.
