Chicago Gets a Free Protein “Lunch Swap” Pop-Up to Help You Keep New Year’s Goals on Track

Check out Factor!

If your New Year’s resolutions have started to wobble, especially the ones involving healthier
eating, Chicagoans will have a chance to reboot their lunch routine this week.

Factor, a ready-to-eat meal delivery service, is bringing its Protein Power-Up Shop to Chicago
for two days only, offering a free chef-created meal in exchange for whatever you were planning
to eat (or not eat) for lunch. The activation runs Friday and Saturday, Feb. 6-7, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1421 N. Milwaukee Ave.

The concept is a modern twist on a classic “lunch swap.” Visitors bring their current lunch (or
admit they were skipping it), take a quick “Protein Personality Quiz,” and trade it for a free high-
protein meal.

● Athenian-Style Feta Chicken

Meals are chef-crafted and dietitian-designed, with protein aimed at sustaining energy and focus through the afternoon. Registered dietitians will also be on-site to answer questions, debunk protein myths, and help people build sustainable eating habits.

The timing is no accident: a recent survey found nearly 80% of Americans abandon New Year’s
goals early, often because routines become unrealistic or under-fueled. So if you’re feeling the
mid-winter slump or just want a healthier lunch option, this pop-up could be the reset you didn’t
know you needed
