CHICAGO'S HOTTEST NEW TAPAS RESTAURANT, EL TAPEO, HOSTS EASTER BRUNCH

Known for its authentic Spanish cuisine and endless selection of small plates and main courses for sharing, El Tapeo will offer a special à-la-carte Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. From delicious menu offerings and specialty brunch cocktails, to unique activities and colorful menus for children to enjoy, El Tapeo’s Easter Brunch is the perfect option for families. Located on the 9th floor of Le Méridien Chicago – Oakbrook Center, 2100 Spring Road, El Tapeo also features a spacious 25-seat lounge and intimate 12-seat bar, with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Culinary artist and Chicago native Executive Chef Franco Diaz will create specialty Easter dishes including Ibérico Eggs Benedict, served with shaved ibérico ham, tomato jam, cheddar biscuits and crispy poached eggs and El Tapeo’s signature Spanish Omelet with roasted mushrooms, spinach, artichoke, and goat cheese. Spanish Cava Mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar perfectly complement the dishes’ savory Spanish ingredients. Children will enjoy a special Easter movie viewing, a coloring and separate cookie station, and will leave with Goodie Bags filled with Easter candy and treats. Hailed as “A harmonious dining experience” by the Daily Herald, El Tapeo’s sleek dining room and lounge offer guests the ultimate relaxing atmosphere. Regular hours for the restaurant are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The lounge is open from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. The lounge features a diverse lineup of talented artists performing from 8 p.m.-12 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. A reduced food menu will be available beginning at 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
