Dennis Quaid Spotted Dining At Capri In Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — It's not every day that you see Dennis Quaid in Downers Grove, but one of his bandmates recommended him a good restaurant. It was a calm, laid back experience when Quaid dined at Capri Restaurant Wednesday night, owner and president Brian Green told Patch.

Green said Quaid's bandmates had visited the Italian restaurant the night before. They raved about the restaurant to Quaid and decided to come back the next day with the actor in tow.

"They had the whole restaurant to themselves," Green said.

Quaid and company noshed on a platter of Italian meats and cheeses while enjoying some wine past midnight before taking off.

Green said he wanted the actor and musicians to be able to be themselves. He added that they "felt comfortable" and he hoped they would come back.
