Downers Grove Cops Seek Hit-And-Run Suspect

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Police in Downers Grove are asking the public for help locating a driver wanted in a hit-and-run accident that took place near the intersection of 63rd Street and Dunham Road. The car in question has been described as a 2003-2004 sand-colored Hyundai Sonata.

According to police, the crash caused some items to be ejected from the car. Those items are consistent with someone who coaches soccer or takes part in soccer for recreation or during travel, police said.
