Downers Grove Coronavirus Update: 334 New Cases In Past 2 Weeks

The news comes as DuPage County is at a substantial risk for coronavirus transmission.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — The number of coronavirus cases in Downers Grove has increased by 334 cases in the past two weeks, according to updated information from the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD).

As of Oct. 28, the village had reported 956 total cases of the new coronavirus. Those numbers had increased to 1,290 as of Nov. 11.

In nearby Westmont, the number of coronavirus cases had increased by 167 cases. As of Oct. 28, there had been 667 cases reported in Westmont. The total number of cases reported in Westmont as of Nov. 11 was 834.
