Downers Grove Police Blotter: Theft, Property Damage and More
Downers Grove police made three arrests for property damage in one week.

Downers Grove police reported the following arrests as of March 29.
Theft
- March 18: A phone was reported stolen around 7:40 a.m. at Downers Grove North High School.
Marijuana possession

- March 15: A man was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The man, identified as 30-year-old James R. Murphy, was also charged with a driving an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a revoked driver’s license.
Property Damage
- March 21: 34-year-old Anthony R. Hulbert was charged with property damage at Fairview and 63rd Street just after 11:30 p.m.
- March 21: An unidentified person drilled a hole into a vehicle at Main Street Depot South between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. There were no signs of entry to the vehicle.
- March 18: Police charged 24-year-old Radek Thor with property damage near the 5100 block of Main Street.
