Downers Grove Summer Concert Series Schedule

DOWNERS GROVE, IL -- Downers Grove is getting into the spirit of summer with its annual Summer Concert Series. The free concerts take place in Fishel Park every Tuesday through August 20.

Each Tuesday features a different headliner, along with a variety of food vendors serving up pizza, popcorn, ice cream, and more.

Concert goers are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs, food, and non-alcoholic beverages to the concerts. Dogs can come too, as long as they are leashed; leashes must be no longer than six feet.

June 11

Kaleidoscope Eyes will perform acoustic renditions of famous songs by the Beatles. Guests can enjoy eats from Toasty Cheese, Fancy Fajita, Sarpino's, Every Day's A Sundae, and Wells Street Popcorn.

June 18

Mason Rivers will get the crowd dancing with country music hits. Food vendors include Robinson's Ribs, Fancy Fajita, Wells Street Popcorn, and Every Day's A Sundae

June 25

Groove to 1960s hits played by the Feel Good Party Band. Food vendors include Sarpino's, Fancy Fajita, Wells Street Popcorn, and Every Day's A Sundae.

July 2

The music of Jimmy Buffet will fill the air when Johnny Russler and the Beach Bum Band take the stage. Enjoy eats from City Barbecue, Toasty Cheese, Sarpino's, Fancy Fajita, Wells Street Popcorn, and Every Day's A Sundae.

July 8

Mellencougar brings the music of John Mellencamp to life. Featured food vendors include Sarpino's, Fancy Fajita, Wells Street Popcorn, and Every Day's A Sundae.

July 16

Semple plays pop music favorites throughout the night. Food vendors include Fancy Fajitas, Robinson's Ribs, Every Day's A Sundae, and Wells Street Popcorn.

July 23

Piano Man performs beloved songs by Elton John and Billy Joel. Snack on items from Sarpino's, Fancy Fajitas, Wells Street Popcorn, and Every Day's A Sundae.

July 30

The country tunes keep on coming thanks to Hillbilly Rockstarz. Food vendors include Fancy Fajitas, Wells Street Popcorn, Robinson's Ribs, and Every Day's A Sundae.

August 6

Jam out to music by Dancing Queen, an ABBA Tribute band, while you fuel up with eats from City Barbecue, Fajitas, Wells Street Popcorn, and Every Day's A Sundae.

August 13

Fool House plays hits from the 1990s. Feature food vendors include Sarpino's, Fancy Fajitas, Wells Street Popcorn, and Every Day's A Sundae.

August 20

The StingRays get the crowd moving with oldies music for the final night of the Summer Concert series. Food vendors include Robinson's Ribs, Wells Street Popcorn, and Every Day's A Sundae.
