Downers Grove Trick-Or-Treat Still On Halloween, Despite Snow

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — There's already snow on the ground, but that isn't stopping the village of Downers Grove from keeping its trick-or-treat hours on Halloween. Village officials said trick-or-treating time will take place on Oct. 31 and will not be canceled.

Downers Grove does not have any designated hours for trick-or-treating, but does suggest that little ghosts and goblins head out during daytime hours to help ensure safety.
