Whether you call yourself a connoisseur, or just enjoy great wine, all are invited as our Mon Ami Gabi Oak Brook presents their Bordeaux Wine Dinner with winemaker Claude Gaudin on March 22nd! This exclusive evening will begin with a champagne reception followed by a delectable four-course dinner courtesy of Mon Ami Gabi’s Executive Chef. While the food will certainly be a highlight throughout the evening, with offerings including Warm Duck Salad with Frisee, Kale and a Poached Egg, Bordeaux Braised Beef Shortrib, and Roast Sirloin with Bone Marrow Croquets and Pommes Puree, it will really be the wine that takes center stage. Each course will offer a different Bordeaux made by Claude Gaudin featuring the much-heralded 2009 vintage along with an older, more mature vintage from the same Chateau.
