Everest Fusion Now Open In Downers Grove

The new restaurant serves hot pots, ramen, Korean barbecue dishes and more.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Everest Asian Fusion is now serving its hot pots, ramen, Korean barbecue dishes and more at 1500 75th St. in Downers Grove. The eatery, owned by Wei Zheng, who also owns Crab King in Oak Lawn, focuses on upscale Asian cuisine.

Everest Fusion's menu features dozens of sushi and sashimi options, along with an array of hot pot ingredients.

Diners can choose from original, tomato, spicy and duo hot pots, adding meat, seafood that includes beef, lamb, chicken, shrimp, squid and mussels. Shiitake mushrooms, potatoes, watercress and lotus root are some of the other items customers can add.

The restaurant's selection of barbecue dishes features Mongolian beef, pork belly, eggplant, trumpet mushrooms, asparagus and more.

The ala carte menu offers gyoza, poke wraps, pork buns, bowls and other Asian fusion dishes. Ramen options run the gamut from spicy tonkotsu ramen and black garlic ramen to yaki ramen. Diners can top their ramen bowls off with pork belly, noodles and fried eggs.

Deluxe, premium and basic all-you-can-eat meals are also available.

Everest Fusion is open Sundays through Thursdays from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 10 a.m.
