Fundraisers To Spend Time In Kennels During 'Caged For A Cause' At West Suburban Humane Society

The "Caged for a Cause" fundraising event is scheduled for April 23.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — During West Suburban Humane Society's Caged For a Cause Event, fundraisers will stay in kennels to help raise money to help the shelter provide care for its animals.

The fundraisers will spend four-hour shifts in kennels throughout the day on April 23, with the goal of raising at least $2,500 each. When they hit the fundraising goal, an additional minute of kennel time will be added with every $25 donation that comes in.
