Girl, 10, Approached by Teen Boys in SUV: Police
The girl was walking near Downers Grove North High School the evening of Dec. 17 when the two boys approached her and asked her to get in the car, according to reports.
Downers Grove Police are looking for two teen boys they say offered a ride to a 10-year-old girl Tuesday night.
The girl told police that she was walking near Downers Grove North High School, 4436 Main St., around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, when two teenaged boys in a blue sports utility vehicle approached her. The vehicle stopped alongside the girl, and the passenger allegedly asked if she needed a ride, according to Downers Grove Police Lt. Mike Willison.
Police are attempting to locate the boys, who are described as white, approximately 14-15 years of age, with short blonde hair.
