Grinch Dims Residents' Festive Lighting
Someone wasn't feeling particularly Christmas-y last week.
Talk about not being in the Christmas spirit.
Two residents in the 5300 block of Florence Lane told police someone tampered with Christmas-inspired outdoor lighting at their homes.
One man told police that between 11:30 p.m. Dec. 13 and 12:30 a.m. Dec. 14, two decorative lamps lit by Christmas-themed bulbs were removed from his garage and a gate to his yard.
While officers were responding to the man's call the next morning, a neighbor chimed in that someone had swapped out his Christmas-colored bulbs with regular light bulbs.
A suspect could not be located. No complaints were filed.
