Downers Grove police respond to shots fired at apartment complex on Saturday.

Downers Grove, IL -- Downers Grove police are investigating the discharge of a firearm that damaged a home in an apartment complex on Saturday.
Officers were called to the 400 block of 74th Street after callers reported hearing gunfire. When police arrived a resident pointed out damage to a home that may have been caused by gunshots.
Evidence of a firearm being discharged in the area were found in the area, according to a police news release.

There were no injuries and the home was unoccupied at the time of incident.
The investigation remains ongoing. Police ask anything with information about the shots fired or suspicious activity spotted in area at the time of the shooting to call 630-434-5600 or 911.
