LA Fitness To Close Location In Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — The LA Fitness at 3200 Finley Rd. in Downers Grove will close before the end of July.

A sign was posted on the door of the 3200 Finely Rd. location to inform members of the July 20 closure. The sign read, "This Club will be permanently closing Monday, July 20, at 2 p.m. At that time your access will expand to include all our LA Fitness locations nationwide, including Signature clubs.(If your membership lists this as your home club.)"

The announcement comes on the heels of the closure of the village's other LA Fitness at 1320 75th St.

Representatives for LA Fitness's parent company, Fitness International, LLC, did not immediately respond to Patch's request for more information Wednesday afternoon.
