58.4% of people utilize mindfulness or meditation to address mental or emotional struggles.

In a new survey spanning the US, Canada and Europe conducted by MetaBrain Labs, 58.4% of people utilize mindfulness or meditation to address mental or emotional struggles.

Of those that use mindfulness or meditation, 54.79% were women.
Other key findings:

  • 63.64% of men utilize coaches or mentors as opposed to only 36.3% of women
  • Nearly 20% of people don’t utilize anything to address emotional or mental struggles
  • Nearly 50% of people use or have used therapy as a tool to address emotional or mental struggles

While practicing meditation or mindfulness may mean taking their time to breathe or clicking on an app to spend a few minutes practicing guided meditation, many people may not be aware that there is tech out there to help them shift their mindsets.
