No Injuries After Driver Flips Car In Downers Grove: Cops

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — A man emerged with no injuries after he was involved in a rollover crash in Downers Grove Tuesday afternoon. The accident took place near the intersection of Main and Franklin, according to police.

Police say the man, 20, was driving southbound on Main St. when he collided with a park car. The man then overcorrected and ended up swerving, Downers Grove Lieutenant David Bormann said, which caused him to flip his car.

The driver was taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution, Bormann said.
