North Riverside Luxury 6 Welcomes Morton College Students for April Art Display

North Riverside, IL – The Morton College students return to display their artwork in the lobby of the North Riverside Luxury 6 Theatre, which debuts April 1st in the lobby of the theatre, located at 7501 West Cermak Road in North Riverside. The display will showcase 12 original paintings, photographs and sculpture by 10 students.

“The students are very excited about exhibiting their work at the North Riverside Luxury 6 Theater. It will be an opportunity for many people to see their work and for some of these students, it is the first time they will be exhibiting art for the public,” says art instructor Jane Stevens.

Stevens adds that people will be very impressed by the quality and professionalism of the students’ work. “The work will showcase the talents of students from the Berwyn and Cicero communities and encourage people who would like to learn about art to find out about programs in this community,” Stevens said.

Most of the students displaying their work have ambitions to become professional artists and plan to attend a four-year college and major in art. Several students plan to attend Columbia College and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Each month, the North Riverside Luxury 6 Theatre provides lobby space to display the works of local artisans.
