Park District Expands LINK Before- And After-School Care Program
New childcare options will assist families during District 58's Return to Learn Plan.

We are pleased to offer new LINK Before and After School Program options to assist families during District 58’s Return to Learn Plan! The Downers Grove Park District will create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters positive experiences through play and exciting activities. The LINK Program will follow the same stages and timeline as the Return to Learn Plan and will provide transportation and flexible childcare options to families. The LINK Program for grades K to 6 has been expanded and our new KinderLINK program provides parents the opportunity to extend half-day day Kindergarten into a full-day experience!

Students will enjoy:
- Outside play time
- Gym games
- Activities such as arts & crafts
- Lunch/snack time
- Time for homework and remote learning assistance
The health and safety of our participants and staff remains a top priority, therefore, the District will follow CDC recommendations, ISBE guidelines and additional measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
