Passport To Safety And Wheely Big Trucks Comes To Downers Grove
Kids can climb on construction equipment, see fire trucks, and meet police officers at this fun event.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Kids can get explore huge trucks and police vehicles up close at the Passport To Safety And Wheely Big Trucks. The fun event, which is planned for April 7, will give kids a chance to learn about emergency vehicles, construction equipment, and safety from local workers and police officers.
When kids arrive at Lincoln Center for the event, they get an official passport and can earn stamps for each activity they take part in. Park district staff and firefighters will be on hand to demonstrate how their trucks work and to share safety tips and fun facts throughout the event.
The Passport To Safety And Wheely Big Truck runs takes place at Lincoln Center, 935 Maple Ave. on April 7 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
