Power Washer Stolen From Culver's In Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Police in Downers Grove are investigating a burglary in which a power washer was stolen from a Culver's restaurant. The incident took place sometime between 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 21 and 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 22 at the Culver's located at 2500 Ogden.

Police say the manager of Culver's reported that a suspect or suspects used an object to break the plastic handle that secured a storage shed near the dumpster outside the restaurant. Once inside the suspect(s) stole a Karcher HD 3.1 power washer.

The estimated value of the power washer was $2,000.
