Registration Opens For Spring Break Camps In Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Registration is now open for two spring break camps that will be hosted by the Downers Grove Park District in March and April.

The first camp, Spring Break Adventures, is a five-day camp geared toward children ages five to 12 years old. Participants will attend field trips and celebrate themed days with their campmates, taking part in outdoor recreation, games, crafts and other activities.

This camp will be held at Lincoln Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 27 to April 3. The fee to attend is $250 for residents and $280 for nonresidents. Click the link to register for the Spring Break Adventures camp.

A Spring Break Nature Camp is slated for March 27 to March 31 at Lyman Woods. Kids ages five through 12 will explore Lyman Woods to learn about the emergence of spring. They'll also make crafts and play games at this camp, which will be held indoors if weather is inclement.

Families can register for morning, afternoon or full-day slots for this camp, which takes place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The cost to attend is $135 for morning or afternoon attendance and $270 for full-day attendance. Click to register for the Spring Break Nature Camp.
