Rotary GroveFest 2020 Canceled Amid Coronavirus Closures

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — The Rotary Club of Downers Grove has canceled its 2020 Rotary GroveFest amid ongoing concerns over new coronavirus. The annual festival, which draws in thousands of attendees each year, was slated to take place June 25 through June 28.

In a statement, Rotary Club of Downers Grove President Joe Kenny said, "We are heartbroken to cancel the Rotary GroveFest this year, as it’s something we and everyone in our community look forward to all year long."

Kenny added, "We want to thank the volunteers, businesses, musicians and other partners for their work throughout the years to make this such a special event. I’m confident we will be back in 2021!"
