Supply Donations Sought For Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital

The Rotary Club of Downers Grove is looking for masks, gloves and other items to donate to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — The Rotary Club of Downers Grove is stepping up to do its part to help Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in its fight against coronavirus. The organization is seeking donations of personal protective equipment and other items to give to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital as demand for these items is high.

In a statement, Downers Grove Rotary Club President Joe Kenny said, "We’re asking anyone who happens to have these supplies in their home, to consider donating them to Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. You can drop off supplies at Downers Grove North High School or call us, and we will pick up and donate your items for you."

  • Masks
  • Gloves
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Disinfectant wipes
  • Eye protection

Residents can drop off items at Downers Grove North High School between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. When you get to the school, head to the loading dock on the southwest side of the building. Just pull up the ramp and leave your items in the box. If there is no box, residents are asked not to leave their items, but to come back another time.
