Authorities say Bey was shot after a verbal altercation in the parking lot on Fleetwood Drive turned violent. Wanner "Jean" Smith, Bey's great-aunt, told the Daily Herald she recently moved with other relative from Elgin to Tennesse and their family is not sure what happened and is distraught over the loss of Bey.

Authorities issued the arrest warrants for the brothers, referring to the duo as armed and dangerous, on Wednesday.
