ECC & OrthoIllinois Present Path2Practice Careers in Physical Therapy

ELGIN, Ill., September 23, 2026 — Elgin Community College (ECC) and OrthoIllinois are partnering to present the Path2Practice Careers in Physical Therapy event on Friday, October 23, for individuals interested in a career in physical therapy.

Learn directly from both faculty and practicing clinicians about the physical therapy profession, educational pathways, and career opportunities. This event will take place from 9 to 11:30 am at 1700 Spartan Drive, Building A, Room A157 in Elgin.

The event includes presentations about physical therapy coursework and career opportunities, a tour of the health professional building, lunch, and an opportunity to network with fellow students and rehab professionals.

Tour the Health Professions building and discover a hands-on learning environment designed to prepare students for careers in healthcare.

Connect with rehabilitation professionals and fellow students.

Additional Clinical Shadowing Opportunity

Sign up at the event to schedule a shadowing day at an OrthoIllinois location. You will observe rehabilitation clinicians in practice and gain firsthand exposure to the profession.
