Fundraiser For Family Of Mother Killed In Car Wreck
Aries Cobian, a pregnant mother of four, was killed pushing a car Monday when another car slammed into her. One person is in custody.

STREAMWOOD, IL — A family is grieving after the death of a 29-year-old mother of four. Aries Cobian, 29, was killed when a pick up hit her and the car she was pushing in Streamwood on Monday evening.
WLS reported Cobian and her cousin were pushing an Oldsmobile around 7:30 p.m. Monday on Lake Street near South Park Avenue when a pickup, coming eastbound, hit her, also rear-ending the Oldsmobile.
Another one of Cobian's cousins has set up a GoFundMe account to raise funds for funeral expenses and for her kids, ages 10, 8, 3, and 6 months. She was also 11 weeks pregnant, her cousin says.

Cobian was taken to St. Alexius Medical Center, WLS reports, where she later died. Neither the pickup driver nor Cobian's cousin were hurt, reportedly.

The crash is still under investigation by the Streamwood Police Department and the Serious Traffic Crash Reconstruction Team, police said in a release.
Streamwood police said they have one person in custody for the fatal collision, according to the Daily Herald.
Kanaesha Wilson of Hanover Park, whose cousin is the father of three of Cobian's children, said Cobian's motherhood defined her, the Herald reported."She loved her kids."
At the time of publishing, the campaign has so far raised $875 of their $10,000 goal.
