Woman Reported Missing, Endangered In Elgin

ELGIN, IL -- A 70-year-old woman has been reported missing and endangered in Elgin. Susan Blackwell was last seen in the 500 block of Lawrence Avenue at around 9 a.m. on Thursday, according to police. She is about 5-feet 4-inches tall and a larger build.

She was last seen wearing a white top, blue jeans and flip flops with socks. She will likely respond to her name, but may not know where she is. She does like churches and ECC, police said.
