• 250th American Anniversary Rung In With Elk Grove Cemetery Rededication On July 4 (journal-topics.com) — Elk Grove Village residents are invited to a special July 4 rededication of Elk Grove Cemetery, celebrating both America’s 250th birthday and the village’s 70th. Extensive privately funded renovations improved roads, lighting, landscaping, and historic headstones at this uniquely significant burial site for Revolutionary War and other veterans. Shuttle buses will run from the Aligned Data Center campus due to limited parking.
