2 Accused Of Mob Action Outside Elmhurst Bar: Cops

ELMHURST, IL — Two men were arrested this week on mob action charges in connection with a fight outside an Elmhurst bar, police said.

Police said the incident took place about 2 a.m. Dec. 13 outside Fitz's Pub, 172 N. Addison Ave. Police were told that the victim and his friends were involved in a fight. At least one person went to the hospital.

Arrested on mob action charges were Brian A. Bianco, 27, of Berwyn, and Nestor Hernandez, 32, of Arlington Heights, police said.

Under Illinois law, mob action is when two or more people get together for the purpose of committing violence.
