2 Charged With Battery In Elmhurst: Cops
One woman is accused of pulling the hair out of another's woman's head, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police arrested two people on battery charges in the last few days. Here is information from the reports:
- James Ziesk, 31, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 4:30 a.m. Thursday at Extended Stay America, 550 W. Grand Ave., on charges of battery and resisting a peace officer. He was released on bond. Police responded to a domestic disturbance at the hotel. While there, Ziesk became agitated and bumped an officer in the chest, police said.
- Keri M. Colette, 25, of Chicago, was arrested about 10 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of North Michigan on charges of battery (two counts) and obstructing identification. She was released on bond. According to a police report, Colette tore the hair out of another woman's head and used pepper spray on her. Colette provided police with a false name and date of birth.
