2 Elmhurst Men Among Latest Arrests
In another case, a woman is charged after not returning her rental car, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police released its latest arrest log Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
DUI
- Manuel Diego Pascual, 27, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Garden and Babcock on charges of DUI, transportation of open alcohol and driving with a revoked license. According to a police report, Pascual was found slumped behind the wheel. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Trespassing

- Deborah Fudge, 35, of Ionia, Michigan, was arrested about 5 p.m. Monday at York and Columbia on a charge of criminal trespass to a motor vehicle. According to a police report, Fudge rented a U-Haul on Aug. 29 and did not return it on the due date, which was a day later. She was released on bond.
Warrants
- Luis Gerardo Olascoaga-Salinas, 25, of Evergreen Park, was arrested about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at West and Utley on a Will County warrant and charges of driving with a revoked license and disobeying a stop sign. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- Robert Rogers, 42, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the police station on a DuPage County Sheriff's Office warrant. He was released on bond.
