2 Elmhurst Men Among Latest DUI Arrests
Local police reported nine drunken driving arrests over the last few days.

ELMHURST, IL – In the last few days, Elmhurst police arrested nine people, including two Elmhurst residents, on DUI charges. Here is information from the reports:
- Julio Lomeli, 38, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 5 a.m. Saturday near his home in the 500 block of South Hillcrest Avenue on a charge of DUI. Police said they stopped him after a call about a domestic disturbance. He was released on bond.
- Joseph Flanagan, 57, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 10 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of North Berteau Avenue on a charge of DUI. He was released on bond.
- Alonso Delgado, 42, of Villa Park, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Saturday at Lake Street and Grand Avenue on charges of DUI and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
- Kaylyn J. Clark, 21, of Villa Park, was arrested shortly after midnight Monday at St. Charles Road and Holly Avenue on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured car and possession of marijuana by a driver. She was released on bond.
- Patty J. Hardman, 37, of Chicago, was arrested about 1 a.m. Sunday at North and Melrose avenues on charges of DUI, improper backing, failure to secure a child under 8 years old, endangering the life of a child and possession of open alcohol. She was released on bond.
- Michael Malkin, 66, of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, was arrested Thursday at Route 83 and North Avenue on charges of DUI and stopping in the roadway. Police said Malkin was slumped behind the wheel. He was released on bond.
- Joseph Alvarado, 24, of Joliet, was arrested about 2 a.m. Thursday at Route 83 and St. Charles Road on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, failure to signal, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and unlawful transportation of open alcohol. He was released on bond.
