At its Wednesday, April 23 meeting, the Park Board of Commissioners held its annual officer elections. Carolyn Ubriaco was elected President, and Vince Spaeth Vice President for the 2014-15 term. Ubriaco, a 10-year Board member who previously served as the Board Vice President, is a member of the Board’s Elmhurst Art Museum Committee, the Ethics Committee, the Finance/Audit Committee, and the Human Resources Committee. Spaeth, who was elected to the Board in 2007, is a member of the Park/City/School Committee.
