2nd Battery Arrest For Elmhurst Man: Cops
The man has been taken twice to jail for domestic battery charges, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man was accused over the weekend for a second time of domestic battery, police said.
About 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Jacob D. Lynch, 29, of Elmhurst, was arrested on two counts of domestic battery and assault at his house in the 600 block of North Michigan Street, according to a police report. Police said an intoxicated Lynch placed a family member in a headlock.
On March 22, 2020, Lynch, then 26, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery after he broke objects around the house, police said. He then broke a glass candle, causing a small cut to the victim's hand, police said.

Six months later, DuPage County prosecutors decided against prosecuting, saying they had no complaining witness, according to court records.
In both instances, Lynch was taken to the DuPage County Jail, police said.
