3 Disturbances In Elmhurst: Cops

Two of them happened in homes, the other at the hospital, police said.

ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police responded to three disturbances in the last few days. Here is information from the police reports:

  • Police responded to a domestic disturbance about 4 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of East Wrightwood Avenue. A woman said another woman punched her in the shoulder. The other woman said she swatted the other's hand. No arrests were made because of conflicting statements and no signs of injuries.
  • Police were called to a domestic disturbance about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of St. Charles Road. A woman said she was arguing with her husband. She said they both pushed each other, but no injuries were reported. They agreed to separate for the night.
  • A patient at Elmhurst Hospital, 155 E. Brush Hill Road, became unruly, fought with employees and battered a security guard. The patient was taken into custody and detained at the hospital. Charges are pending.
